成果简介	NOVELTY - An antioxidant composition comprises 1.5-5.5 wt.% melanin with particles size of up to 900 nm, 1.5-5 wt.% shea butter, 1.5-5 wt.% grape seed oil, 0.5-2 wt.% Aloe veraextract in ratio of 10:1, 0.1-0.7 wt.% Trilon B(RTM: Tetrasodium edetate), 0.2-0.8 wt.% Carbomer 940(RTM: Crosslinked polyacrylic acid polymer), 0.1-0.9 wt.% triethanolamine, 1-2 wt.% propylene glycol, 1-2 wt.% Revapro PE91(RTM: Preservative), 4-6 wt.% cetyl stearyl alcohol, 2-4 wt.% caprylic triglyceride and up to 100 wt.% water and has a pH of 6.66-6.87 and provides sun protection factor of 6 to 10, absorption coefficient of high-energy visible light with a wavelength of 400 to 450 nm of 0.459 cm-1 and an antioxidant activity oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) of 1285 μ molTE/100 g. USE - Antioxidant composition used for protecting skin from effects of UV radiation and high-energy visible light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composition, which involves preparing an aqueous phase by heating water to 75° C, adding melanin and Trilon B(RTM: Tetrasodium edetate), and stirring until completely dissolved, preparing fat phase by heating shea butter and grape seed oils and cetyl stearyl alcohol in a separate container to 75° C, combining the aqueous and fat phases, by gradually pouring the fat phase into the aqueous phase at 75° C, constantly stirring, and homogenizing the mixture, preparing a premix by diluting Carbomer 940(RTM: Crosslinked polyacrylic acid polymer) in caprylic triglycerides in a separate container, obtaining a single mixture by adding the premix to the mixture of the aqueous and fat phases at 70° C, homogenizing, cooling to temperature of 50° C, adding triethanolamine, homogenizing again and mixing by adding Revapro PE91(RTM: Preservative) and propylene glycol, mixing again and cooling to 35° C, and adding A.veraat 35° C and thoroughly mixing until a uniform consistency is obtained.
