During the cultivation process, the carbon dioxide supply in the incubator is maintained at level of 6 %, the humidity at level of 85 %, orbital shaker torsion level of 120 rpm; feeding a nutritional additive Feed BalanCD HEK293 to maintain the CHO cell culture on 3rd, 7th, 9th, 11th and 13th day of cultivation in amount of 5 % of the volume of the culture fluid; reducing the initial temperature in incubator from 37 to 32 °C on the fourth day when the cell density is higher than 6×106 cells/ml, glucosamine hydrochloride is added on 8th day of cultivation.
