成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a refrigeration unit (112) coupled to a multi-power unit (110) and configured to be electrically operated through a direct current (DC)-alternating current (AC) multi-input voltage received at a multi power point. The multi power unit receives the DC-AC multi-input voltage through a traction system (102) of a vehicle. Solar panels (104) are mounted on the vehicle, where the solar panels are detachably connected to the unit. The refrigeration unit comprises a solid-state cooling unit and a vapor compression unit driven by an electric compressor. The electric compressor is coupled to a DC motor and a solar powered multi-power unit for receiving DC-AC multi-input voltage for operation of the system. USE - Portable temperature-controlled refrigeration system for a vehicle or as a standalone device in various sectors e.g. food storage, medical preservation, and climate control, for variety of applications e.g. refrigerated transport, mobile medical units, and off-grid operations. ADVANTAGE - The system utilizes solar energy other renewable power sources so as to reduce dependency on energy grids, thus enhancing the vehicle's energy independence and sustainability. The direct DC motor integrated compressor and intelligent power management system optimize energy usage, thus resulting in improved overall efficiency and reduced operating costs for the vehicle. The specifically designed DC motor is directly integrated with the compressor so as to eliminate the need for separate motors and drive mechanisms, thus resulting in a compact and potentially more efficient design. The system provides for an intelligent switching mechanism with suitable converters for receiving and conditioning power. The system is integrated with the vehicles traction system, so that the system provides a mobile cooling solution for a variety of applications.
