成果简介	NOVELTY - The machine has a base plate (1) for supporting the entire system. Supporting frames are fixed above the base plate. A conveyor bed is provided with an endless perforated belt driven by a drive motor. Water spray nozzles are connected to a water pump for cleaning vegetables. A dicer holding arm is provided with dicer blades fastened to a linear actuator powered by a direct current (DC) motor. A wastewater collecting bin is positioned under the conveyor bed. A diced vegetables collecting tray is arranged at an end of the conveyor bed. Control switches (13) manage an operation of the conveyor bed, the water spray nozzles and the linear actuator. USE - Automatic conveyor and collecting tray attached vegetable cleaning and dicing machine for large-scale kitchens and canteens. ADVANTAGE - The conveyor system with the endless perforated belt can transport the vegetables through a cleaning stage in which the water spray nozzles connected to the water pump clean the vegetables with wastewater collected in a bin underneath and a dicing stage in which a linear actuator-driven dicer blade cuts the cleaned vegetables, which are collected in the tray, so that the entire process is controlled by the switches, thus minimizing manual intervention and enhancing hygiene and efficiency. The machine is supported by the base plate and four supporting frames, thus ensuring stability during operation.
