A fulcrum supports a dozer plate. A hopper feeds mangoes into a conveyor, where the conveyor moves the mangoes for segregation. A multi size aperture segregates the mangoes according to sizes. A passing channel passes the segregated mangoes to collecting bins. A collecting bin collects the segregated mangoes, and the dozer plate picks up and gathers the mangoes. USE - Automated mango harvesting and segregating robot for use in a warehouse. ADVANTAGE - The robot automatically picks the mangoes from the warehouse, segregates the mangoes and delivers to the collecting bin. The robot reduces the time and labor required to carry the mangoes, reduces damage to the mangoes due to mishandling, improves overall efficiency, and preserves hygiene of the mangoes while handling. |
