成果简介NOVELTY - The Transmission Gate (TG) logic comprises TG logic inherent noise tolerance and reliability contribute to the improved security of the Static Random-Access Memory (SRAM), and making less susceptible to external interference and internal fluctuations. The risk of side-channel attacks are mitigated by making more difficult to extract sensitive information from the SRAM power consumption or electromagnetic emissions, and tolerates variations in signal levels that help to protect the SRAM from fault injection attacks, where malicious actors attempt to manipulate the SRAM contents by introducing errors. The TG logic is integrated into existing SRAM designs with minimal modifications, and making a practical solution for enhancing security. USE - Transmission Gate (TG) logic for Static Random-Access Memory (SRAM) security enhancement. ADVANTAGE - The TG logic enhances the security against different attacks, such as side-channel attacks, fault injection, and unauthorized access, and aims to provide improved protection against security threats and enhance the overall reliability and trustworthiness of SRAM-based systems.
