| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for treating moderate chronic periodontitis with second-degree dysbiosis involves administering a medicinal product in the form of a medicinal paste that is obtained by mixing 54-55 wt.% synbiotic bificin forte with 20 billion colony forming unit (CFU), and 33-35 wt.% oil solution of vitamin A and further mixing 10-13 wt.% zinc oxide, where the prepared paste is introduced directly into the periodontal pocket through daily procedure of applying the paste for single time in a course treatment of 8-10 times daily and/or every other day procedure with introduction of subsequent fixation of medicinal paste by protective dressing (parasept), and the patient is given recommendations to limit food intake for 3-5 hours at the end of the procedure and administration of the synbiotic bificin forte with 20 billion CFU orally (1 capsule per day) for 3-4 weeks is additionally prescribed. USE - The method is useful for treating moderate chronic periodontitis with second-degree dysbiosis. |
