| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a rod fixing barrel provided with a flexible entrance (5) to accommodate steel rods of various diameters. Dual wheels (1) are positioned on either side of the rod fixing barrel. A central axle (2) facilitates smooth movement along pre-formed square rod structure. A hub holding fixture (3) securely hold a rod holding hub (4). The rod holding hub grips steel rods of different sizes and maintains a rod at a slight angle above floor during insertion. The flexible entrance of the rod fixing barrel is adjusted to expand or contract secure fit for steel rods of varying diameters. USE - Dual-wheeled rod insertion device for reinforced concrete structures i.e. reinforced concrete pillars. ADVANTAGE - The dual wheels provide stability and balance while adjustable components ensure versatility and ease of use. The device enhances efficiency and accuracy of the rod insertion process, reduces manual effort and prevents rod bending, and improves construction efficiency. The device facilitates smooth and controlled movement of the device along length of the square rod structure. The mechanism securely grips the steel rod. The hub is adjusted to accommodate rods of different sizes and ensures that the rod is held firmly during insertion process and flexibility ensures a secure fit and prevents the rod from slipping or moving during insertion. The device is easy to operate, and reduces physical strain on workers. The device securely holds the rod at a slight angle above the floor and provides guidance through the dual wheels. The device prevents the rod from bending or leaning downwards during insertion, and reduces time consumption and material wasteage and potential damage to the rods, and enhances construction efficiency.
