| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The cabinet comprises a housing (1) having an upper door (2) with an inspection window (3) and a lower door (4) designed for access to the lower section of the housing, in which the main gear motor (5) and the brush unit gear motor are mounted. The four work tables (8) are installed in the housing on a shaft rotating by the main gear motor, and a control panel installed with UV lamp (15) and infrared lamp (16) above each work table. The brush unit (9) and a spray rod with nozzles (12), are arranged where the supply of liquid preparation is carried out through supply pipes from the disinfection unit. The brush unit ensures mixing of the seed layer on the working table, and is designed with the possibility of rotation by an externally installed drive sprocket with a chain transmission from the motor-reducer of the brush unit. USE - Seed disinfection cabinet. ADVANTAGE - A controlled process of seed disinfection is enabled using UV radiation and liquid preparations, while reducing the overall microbial contamination, disinfecting the surface of seeds from mold, fungi and stimulating germination processes.
