成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a hopper (1) mounted on a frame, connected to a casing (2), at the end of which there is an unloading window, and an auger (3) with a drive from a gear motor (4) with a belt transmission is provided inside the casing, and a control panel. The casing in the processing zone is made of a material that transmits ultraviolet radiation. The gap for moving seeds between the casing and the auger rod is four centimeters. Four ultraviolet lamps (6) with reflectors (7) and reflective screens (8) are designed with the possibility of re-reflecting the incoming flow of ultraviolet radiation into the treatment zone, and are installed at an angle of 90° relative to each other around the casing. USE - Device for processing seeds used for disinfection of bulk materials, food products, and combined feeds. ADVANTAGE - The device provides for ultraviolet radiation energy treatment with high uniformity during the movement of seeds by a screw due to simultaneous ultraviolet radiation in the treatment zone from four sources located on different sides. The device ensures disinfection of seeds, namely by reducing the overall microbial contamination, disinfecting the surface of seeds from mold, fungi and stimulating germination processes. The treatment device provides ultraviolet radiation energy treatment with high uniformity during seed movement by a screw due to simultaneous ultraviolet radiation in the treatment zone from four sources located on different sides.
