| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Three layered multi-channel microfluidic chamber has a transparent upper layer fabricated with acrylic sheet having inlet and outlet. A transparent middle layer is fabricated with acrylic sheet including 9 channels microfluidic chamber with inclined angle varying from 5-45 °. A transparent bottom layer is fabricated with acrylic sheet including a 2mm well (hole) configured for biological substance as well as provide a depth for media filling, where 3 mm acrylic sheet are used to fabricate upper layer. A 1.5 mm depth of channel are created to interconnect each well on corresponding channel in the middle layer. The diameter of the all the well and width of the channel has been maintained at 0.5-0.1 mm. USE - Three layered multi-channel microfluidic chamber with velocity control configured for high-throughput bioprocessing in a multi-channel environment. ADVANTAGE - The chamber ensures reproducibility which is crucial in research and analytical applications, guarantees the reliability of the data obtained, helps to optimize reaction conditions and ensure that reactants are evenly distributed, and maintains a consistent velocity in order to minimize any potential harm to cells or delicate biological sample. |
