| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a flat rectangular base (1) and a vertical post (15) that is fixed perpendicularly on the left end. A crossbar (14) is fixed perpendicularly on the upper end of the vertical post and located parallel to the base. A cylinder (9) is installed coaxially with the common axis of the device on the crossbar and inside which the tested teat rubber is also installed coaxially with the common axis of the device. A cylindrical rod (11) with a spherical stop (3) is installed in the liner rubber coaxially with the common axis of the device. A round level (13) is installed on the crossbar. A groove in the form of a hook (5) is made on the lower portion of the rod. A linear scale (12) is applied on the upper end. An adjusting screw (2) is provided with a stop for fixing the load that is installed at the intersection of the diagonals of the base, and four pointed adjusting screws (16) are located at the vertices of the corners bases. USE - Device for testing rigidity of teat cup rubber of milking machine. ADVANTAGE - The device increases the accuracy of control of the rigidity of the teat rubber of the milking cups and increases the productivity of the operation.
