成果简介NOVELTY - The cell has a pedestal (1) formed with a work table (7) and wheels. A robot manipulator is connected to a protective fence (4), a cell control panel (3) and a robot controller. The robot manipulator is fixed to a frame of the pedestal, and consists of a transition flange at a distal end for attaching a training equipment. The work table is made in three sections with possibility of transformation into an unfolded position and increasing a surface area of the work table. The protective fence is designed with the possibility of transformation when the work table is in the unfolded position. A cabinet contains additional supports fixed in an interior space of the cabinet. USE - Universal robotic cell for training specialists in a robotics profile in specialized educational institutions, internal training centers of manufacturing enterprises. ADVANTAGE - The cell ensures possibility of effective training of specialists without a need to stop a main production equipment and provides training opportunities in robotic systems operation in all major technology applications within a single cell. The cell ensuring training safety and eliminates a risk of equipment damage or injuries to students during training to work with robotic systems.
