| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Wearable medical jacket has a plural of straps (1) attached to the jacket is configured to tighten automatically when Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is needed to a person; a plural of piezoelectric pressure sensors (2) embedded in chest area of jacket (13) is configured to measure force of compression of jacket; a diaphragm mechanism attached to the jacket in chest area is connected to actuators through plural of hydraulic lines that converts continuous hydraulic pressure into impulsive pumping action; a plural of accelerometers (4) embedded inside jacket configured to measure body position of a user; and a monitoring module is embedded at Jacket's cuff for monitoring vitals of user; where when monitoring module gives signal of any abnormal sign of the user's vital sign's actuator dynamically generates consistent hydraulic pressure for chest compressions, paired with diaphragm mechanism that converts this pressure into a pulsating action mimicking manual CPR. USE - Wearable medical jacket for emergency medical intervention. ADVANTAGE - The wearable medical jacket provides comprehensive monitoring and treatment to the patient. The motor-driven tightening straps of the wearable medical jacket secure the jacket to the wearer's body, ensuring proper force transmission and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the compressions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for operating the wearable medical jacket for emergency medical intervention which involves: (a) monitoring continuously vital signs through an Electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor, pulse oximeter, and heart rate monitor of a user; (b) detecting abnormalities such as arrhythmias or respiratory distress of the user; and (c) tracking by an accelerometer and a gyroscope of body position and movement of the user; whereupon detecting a cardiac arrest, the jacket activates its electro-hydraulic actuators and step-diaphragm mechanism to deliver automated chest compressions, with piezoelectric pressure sensors ensuring optimal force and deepness.
