| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The roller has a hollow cylinder with ribs (1,4) that are evenly spaced around the circumference with a cutting edge having a double-sided sharpening of 15° on each side and installed along a helical line and with stiffening ribs (2,5) connecting vertical disks (3,6). The hollow cylinder is provided inside an internal hollow cylinder. The diameter of internal hollow cylinder is smaller than the diameter of the outer hollow cylinder with ribs (4) evenly spaced around the circumference and installed along a helical line in the opposite direction to the ribs of the outer hollow cylinder. The stiffening ribs connects the vertical disks. The stiffening ribs of the outer hollow cylinder connecting the vertical disks are made with U-shaped grooves on which rectangular rubber plates are installed, secured with screws, for cleaning the working surface of the ribs of the inner hollow cylinder and installed along a helical line. USE - Spiral-screw soil-cultivating roller for loosening and leveling top layer of soil, breaking up clods and destroying weeds. ADVANTAGE - The device allows the formation of a soil layer with favorable conditions for plant growth, preservation and accumulation of moisture, as a result of which an increase in crop yields is expected. The roller improves the quality of surface soil processing due to intensive soil crumbling, weed destruction, cleaning the working surface of the ribs of the internal hollow cylinder installed along a helical line and reducing the energy intensity of the processing process.
