| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for pre-sowing treatment of seeds having a shell which is difficult to penetrate for water and air. Scarifier comprises a body, a loading hopper, in the centre of which there is a vertical cylinder, a rotating working element. Body has the shape of a cylinder, on the inner surface of the diameter of which there are plates with an overlap angle αequal to 10...15°, in amount of 15 to 25 pieces. Plates have a concave shape, coated with an abrasive, with an angle of coverage of the plate γ equal to 40...45°. Height of plates is H=100…150 mm. In the vertical cylinder there is a drive with a rotating working element. Rotary working member comprises a flat disc coated with an abrasive, on the surface of which there is a ring, on the outer side of which there are sprayers in amount of 4 to 8 pieces with a spray angle of 28...35°.
