| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, medical rehabilitation in orthopaedics, health resort business and can be used on an outpatient basis, in specialized rehabilitation centres or health resort facilities. Method for complex medical rehabilitation of patients after reconstructive operations for fractures of long bones of lower extremities involves a complex of actions. 10 daily trainings are carried out for 25 minutes in VR conditions using wireless trackers and VR glasses, with the patient's immersion into a computer game with elements of simulation of the game character movement and overcoming obstacles, with an increase in the level of complexity in accordance with the degree of improvement of the patient's movement parameters during the game, where the plot of the computer game is built with gradual complication of its subsequent tasks for the patient when he achieves the previous tasks of the game as a biofeedback. Robotic mechanotherapy is carried out on an interactive sensory treadmill by training gait and balance, 15 daily sessions of 25 minutes; group therapeutic gymnastics in the gym, with performance of exercises: general developing, respiratory and exercises for training functions of lower extremities – support, muscle strength, amplitude of movements in all possible planes for the patient; exposure to low-intensity laser radiation (LILR) in the infrared range, pulse mode, frequency 80 Hz, 4-6 W in pulse, from matrix radiator with power 90 W, on two fields of operated area of lower extremity, 10 minutes per procedure, 15 daily procedures; pulse magnetic field with rectangular pulse shape, frequency 50 Hz, magnetic induction 30 mT, per operated area of lower extremity, 15 daily procedures for 10 minutes; reception common therapeutic sodium chloride baths with mineralization of 40 g/l, water temperature of 37 °C, for 15 minutes, 3 baths a week, for course of 9 procedures. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Improved tolerance of therapeutic effects in patients of this group (higher motivation for treatment and quality of life), accelerated recovery of support function and healthy walking stereotype, in absence of complications, risk of contractures development in long-term perspective due to more individualized approach in preparation of recovery program. 1 cl, 2 ex |
