成果简介NOVELTY - The determining device has a frame (4) and a rod (1) with two fixed jaws (5,6) having measuring surfaces (12). The fixed jaws are located on both sides of a longitudinal axis (7) of the rod. First and second main scales (8,10) are provided with the values of measurements of the width of the femur. A second measuring scale (15) is located perpendicular to the second main scale with an intersection of the longitudinal axis of the rod. Beginnings of the first and second main scale correspond to the measuring surface of the first and second fixed jaws. Two holes (16,17) are made in the rod for fixing spokes, coinciding with the reference points of a first measuring scale (14) and the second measuring scale, and for the possibility of plotting values along the inverted sections of the main scales. The holes for the fixing spokes are made at a distance of 30-45 mm from the reference point of the first and second main scales, respectively. USE - Device for determining level of a joint line for calculating thickness of distal and posterior augments when filling defects of femoral condyles during knee arthroplasty. ADVANTAGE - The accuracy of determining the optimal distance from the epicondyle of the femur to the level of the joint line is increased with the possibility of using both the medial and lateral epicondyle, selected as the starting point of measurements. The determining device allows for correct performance of knee joint arthroplasty by increasing the accuracy of restoring the level of the joint line and improving the reproducibility of the intervention technique. Improved visualization during sizing of metal augments increases the accuracy and reproducibility of surgical intervention. The application of scales on both sides of the determining device allows the device to be used for both the right and left knee joints. The determining device allows one to do without specialized expensive computerized navigation systems used in knee joint endoprosthetics.
