成果简介	NOVELTY - The determining device has a bar (1) made with a fixed jaw (2). A removable frame (3) is made with a jaw (4) and a window. A main scale (5) is provided with the values of the femur width measurements and with an inverted section for determining the joint line level in a downward direction from the epicondyle to the tibia. A first auxiliary scale (7) is provided with the values of the distance from the epicondyle to the joint line level in the distal direction. A second auxiliary scale (8) for determining the joint line level from the epicondyle in the posterior direction is located perpendicular to the main scale. A frame window is designed with the possibility of displaying the values of the main and first auxiliary scales. Each value of the main scale corresponds to own value of the first auxiliary scale. All scales are made on both sides of the bar with the possibility of use for the right and left knee joints. USE - Device for determining level of joint line for calculating thickness of distal and posterior augments when filling femoral condyle defects during knee arthroplasty. ADVANTAGE - The accuracy of determining the optimal distance from the epicondyle of the femur to the level of the joint line is increased.
