The electrically insulating heat-conducting casing is made in the form of metal rods attached to the resistive element. The sealing units are located in the annular gap between the casing and each current lead. The sealing unit is made in the form of a technological polymer sealant (5) filled on the outer side with a liquid elastic high-temperature sealant (6) in the annular gap between each current lead and a preheated casing with a heat-conducting material located in a preheated casing. ADVANTAGE - The reliability of the resistor is increased by sealing, which is ensured by the fact that the constant resistor contains an electrically insulating heat-conducting casing. The resistor ensures a high level of operational reliability of the resistor and a high level of its operating voltage and electrical strength of insulation and high resistor power of up to 100 kW without deterioration of the electrical and thermal characteristics over time.
