| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Forest machine manipulator consists of support-rotary platform, boom, boom drive hydraulic cylinder, telescopic handle containing fixed section in the form of hollow cylindrical body, which is hinged to boom in upper part. Movable sections of the telescopic handle are made in the form of hollow cylindrical bodies with collars in the front part and brackets with holes installed in the upper parts of the collars, with the exception of the last movable section, made all-metal, the sections have side slots that act as guides, and on rear parts of movable sections there are bosses inserted into slots and protruding beyond their limits outside, as well as moving in slots, preventing rotation of movable sections relative to each other and relative to fixed section. Compression springs are installed inside the fixed section and movable sections so that one end of the springs rests against the seat of the corresponding section in the rear part made in the form of a cup, and the other end of the springs – against the seat of the next section made in the form of a cup. A cable passes through the holes in the brackets, with one end rigidly fixed to the bracket of the movable section, and with the other end passing through the holes in the brackets of the movable sections, as well as bracket and housing of fixed section, enveloping blocks, is rigidly fixed on boom of hydraulic cylinder of drive of fixed section of telescopic handle.
