| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The protection has a base (1). Housing in a form of a pipe and nipples are successively connected to upper portion of the base from outside, and an axial unit is installed between the housing and the nipple, and consists a thrust plate (5), a heel (6) and other thrust plate (7), while a shaft (19) is passed through the hydraulic protection to pass through central holes of the nipples and the base. Holes for oil circulation are made along the shaft and under the heel. First radial friction bearing (2) is installed inside the base. An upper housing (13) in form of pipe is connected to an upper portion of a middle nipple (10) from outside. A head (17) of the hydraulic protection is connected to an upper portion of an upper nipple (14) from outside. USE - Hydraulic protection used in electric centrifugal pump unit in oil and gas industry. ADVANTAGE - The hydraulic protection provides highly efficient cooling and protection against overheating, with a simultaneous increase in the service life of the device.
