| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The combined granulator has housing (1), a matrix (2), and grinding chamber (4) under a loading hopper (3) connected to a pressing chamber (5). Four spray nozzles (7) are installed on each side of pyramidal casing (6). The knives (8) are installed in the grinding chamber on a drive shaft (9). A cylindrical sieve (10) is arranged with a blind bottom (11). A perforated matrix with profiled channels is provided in the pressing chamber, and connected to a vertically located drive shaft (12). The rolling rollers (13) are provided for pressing the source material on a horizontal axis (14). USE - Combined feed pellet mixer for preparing granulated products, used in production of fuel briquettes from sawdust and plant waste, compound feed from grain crops and food waste, granules from various waste. ADVANTAGE - The reliability of the device for crushing the initial product is increased, and the reliability and efficiency of operation are increased. The additional operation of preparing the whole grain material for granulation is eliminated.
