| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Processing contact surface of ball valve seat of electrohydraulic injector by tapping, carried out for specified time, with the supply of liquid to the hydraulic input of the electrohydraulic injector, comprises before starting process, determining initial extension of the anchor of the electromagnet of the electrohydraulic injector, supplying control pulses to its electrical input and removing liquid from its hydraulic output, increasing duration of the control pulses until the maximum impact of the ball on the valve seat is achieved, with its control based on the amplitude of the signal of the piezoelectric impact sensor, the frequency of the control pulses is increased until the amplitude of the signal of the piezoelectric impact sensor begins to decrease and, after a specified time has elapsed, and stopping the process. USE - The process is useful for processing contact surface of ball valve seat of electrohydraulic injector by tapping. ADVANTAGE - None given.
