成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a bar (1) provided with a first sponge, a removable frame provided with a second sponge and a window mounted on the bar. The first sponge is pivotally mounted on an axis passing through the bar. The second sponge is pivotally mounted on an axis passing through the removable frame. The jaws (2) have the ability to be positioned on the epicondyles of the femur. The bar has a main scale (5) with the values of the femur width measurements and with an inverted section for determining the level of the joint line in the downward direction from the epicondyle to the tibia. A second auxiliary scale (10) determines the level of the articular line from the epicondyle in the posterior direction and located perpendicular to the main scale. The frame window is designed with the ability to display the values of the said main and first auxiliary scales, where each value of the main scale corresponds to the own value of the first auxiliary scale. USE - Device for determining level of joint line for calculating thickness of distal and posterior augments when filling defects of femoral condyles during knee arthroplasty. ADVANTAGE - The improved visualization during sizing of metal augments increases the accuracy and reproducibility of surgical intervention.
