| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Polyether ketone ketone (PEKK)-graphene composite sheet comprises 2-4 wt.% polyether ketone ketone (PEKK) as the matrix material, and 1-8 wt.% graphene as a thermally conductive filler. USE - Polyether ketone ketone (PEKK)-graphene composite sheet. ADVANTAGE - The polyether ketone ketone (PEKK)-graphene composite sheet is a lightweight and corrosion-resistant material, exhibits enhanced thermal conductivity, and improves heat management properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparing a PEKK-Graphene composite sheet, which involves: a. dissolving polyether ketone ketone (PEKK) in solvent under stirring to obtain a saturated PEKK solution; b. stirring the saturated PEKK solution at a reduced speed and vacuum-treating to remove bubbles; c. pouring the vacuum-treated PEKK solution into a mold; d. vacuum treating the mold in vacuum oven; e. heating the mold in a vacuum oven, starting at 50℃ and increasing to 60℃ to obtain a PEKK sheet; f. preparing a graphene dispersion by mechanical liquid phase exfoliation and probe sonication; g. mixing the graphene dispersion with PEKK to form a composite dispersion; h. vacuum-treating the composite dispersion and pouring into a mold; and i. heating the mold in a vacuum oven to form a product. |
