| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The machine has a divider mechanism (1) located at a front of the machine designed to separate and guide mulberry branches for processing. Bending rods (2) are positioned adjacent to the divider mechanism and configured to bend the branches to a predetermined angle for efficient cutting. An electric cutter (3) is powered by a rechargeable battery, designed to cut the branches at a consistent height above the ground. Collection containers (4) are located at rear of the machine, and adapted to automatically receive and store the cut branches. A set of wheels (5) and a lightweight frame provide mobility and structural support for allowing the machine to be manually pushed through the fields, where the machine performs cutting, collecting, and transporting of mulberry branches in a single, synchronized operation for reducing labor requirements and operational costs. USE - Integrated mulberry leaf harvesting machine for automated cutting, collecting, and transporting of mulberry branches and leaves in a sericulture industry as a primary food source for silkworms. ADVANTAGE - The machine combines multiple harvesting functions into a single implement, thus enhancing efficiency, reducing labor requirements, and optimizing productivity for small-scale farmers involved in sericulture. The machine is designed to be simple, affordable, and easy to maintain, and utilizes locally available spare parts and an electric-powered cutting system, thus reducing labor shortages and significantly reducing time and effort required for mulberry leaf harvesting.
