| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The sensor has second power source, a voltage stabilizer, first, second, third and fourth precision resistors (11-14), a reference voltage source (15), an electrometric amplifier (16), first analog comparator (17), second analog comparator and OR logic circuit. One output of a working sensitive element (1) is connected through corresponding contact pads of a ceramic housing (9) with output of adjustable DC stabilizer and first input of multichannel ADC (4), and other output of the working sensitive element is connected through the contact pads of the ceramic housing with first output of a comparative sensitive element (2). Outputs of first and second analog comparators are connected respectively to first and second inputs of the OR logic circuit. An output of the electrometric amplifier is connected to third input of the multichannel ADC, an input of the DC stabilizer is connected to special output of processor (5), and processor output data is fed through bus to output interface (6). USE - Gas sensor for automatic monitoring of concentration of explosive and flammable gases at industrial facility e.g. used to monitor level of hydrogen during electrolysis, as well as to detect high concentration of methane during mining. ADVANTAGE - The use of two types of gas sensors allows to increase the reliability of measurement results. Electronic elements are introduced into the composition to increase the reliability of the gas sensor, allowing to control the state of internal and external contacts of the ceramic housing. The ceramic housing houses all four sensitive elements of the gas sensor, provides protection against mechanical damage, has high resistance to corrosion and wear, and is heat-resistant and has the ability to withstand high temperatures without losing the properties. The gas sensor helps maintain stable characteristics of the gas sensor in a wide range of temperatures and humidity, which in turn increases the service life. Thus, the gas sensor ensures an increase in the reliability of the gas sensor and the accuracy of the results obtained during operation.
