| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of developing cardiovascular autonomous neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. A sample of peripheral venous blood is taken. DNA extraction is followed by analysis of polymorphic variant rs8041622 (G>A) of the ANPEP gene. In case detection of genotype rs8041622-A/A, high risk of developing cardiovascular autonomous neuropathy is predicted.
