| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Nanomagnetic paper comprises a sample pad comprising a filter paper and magnetic nanoparticles, where filter paper has a spherical shape with 11-25 μm pore size, and the filter paper is configured with 0.02-1 wt.% magnetic nanoparticles, where the nanomagnetic material is selected from iron nickel, cobalt, chromium, manganese, and gadolinium. The nanomagnetic paper further comprises first treat a sample pad with 2-20 wt.% lysis buffer and wash sample pad with 2-20 wt.% wash buffer, finally a sample pad with 2-20 wt.% elution buffer is introduced. USE - Nanomagnetic paper for DNA extraction. ADVANTAGE - The nanomagnetic paper facilitate faster and more reliable diagnostics and research. The paper facilitates the magnetic attraction and immobilization of DNA molecules, and effectively isolate them from contaminants and cellular debris. The magnetic nanoparticles enhance the efficiency and speed of nucleic acid extraction by minimizing manual handling and reducing procedural complexity, and exhibit excellent dispersibility, allowing for rapid and effective binding with biomolecules. |
