| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The ultrasonic extractor has vertically positioned cylindrical portion (1) with process pipes (2-4). A coaxially mounted frame-type drive mixer (5) is provided in the main portion consisting of a shaft (6) and blades (7) secured to the shaft. The curved horizontal blades are installed and rigidly secured in the drive mixer along the height of the shaft. The ultrasonic generators (8) are installed and rigidly fixed in a circular array with equal pitch along height on cylindrical vertical portion of the extractor, and equipped with rod-shaped working elements (9) which are placed in the main portion between the curved horizontal blades. USE - Ultrasonic extractor for solid-liquid system used in food industry for extracting plant material such as licorice root, ginger, and Jerusalem artichoke tuber. ADVANTAGE - The power of the supplied radiation is regulated and distributed throughout the volume of the extractor. The efficiency of the device is increased. The ultrasonic extractor is allowed for the effective extraction of various types of plant raw materials using volumetric ultrasonic action on the raw material extractant mixture system during mechanical and circulatory mixing during the extraction process.
