| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The generator has an outer rotor (3) formed with a housing (6), turbine blades (7) and magnets (8). An inner stator is formed with a winding. The outer rotor is mounted on friction bearings with bushings made of elastic material with through channels. The windings are placed in a sealed housing (4). The bushings are made of elastic material and placed in a cup. A thread and a conical section are provided on an outer surface that contacts a conical section of a lock nut installed on the outer surface of a support sleeve. The cup is placed on an inner side of the support sleeve installed in the housing such that edges of the support sleeve are smoothly rounded and coincide with through channels. USE - Turbo generator for powering a downhole equipment i.e. well equipment, to supply electricity during drilling process. ADVANTAGE - The generator distributes axial load between the two bearings of the rotor using additional elements that allow adjustment of the clearance in the lower bearing, thus increasing reliability of the generator.
