成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a housing connected with a lower part made in a form of hemisphere. A mixing chamber is arranged in the housing. A fluidization chamber is equipped with nozzles. A lamel chamber is equipped with lamellas installed at an angle for forming lamel channels. A feeding unit is equipped with two channels for feeding dispersed material. A drain pipe is connected to the lamel chamber. Deaeration channels are located on outer walls of the lamellar chamber. A pressure relief valve is installed on an outer part of the housing and connected to the mixing chamber. A block for feeding dispersed material contains eight openings in end walls. Each channel feed the dispersed material contains four openings. USE - Device for facilitating gravitational separation of dispersed material. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces vortex flows when dispersed material is fed, increases productivity, allows rapid discharge of high-density particles and periodically discharges settled material through an automatic sand valve.
