| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The motor has a stator (1) in form of a magnetic circuit with a three-phase winding, where a rotor (4) includes permanent magnets. The three-phase winding is made according to a triangle scheme with a number of slots (3) per pole and phase of 4/11 without beveling the slots. A magnetic system of the rotor consists of magnets (5) in form of segments with a radial magnetization, placed uniformly around the circumference inside the rotor body, held by steel jumpers (6). AN inductor-tooth zone of provides for placement of segment magnets inside the rotor body, where efficiency of the motor is largely determined by the type of stator winding in combination with the geometric arrangement of magnets in the rotor body. USE - Traction electric motor for a vehicle in field of mechanical engineering. ADVANTAGE - The motor's stability in a wide range of rotation speeds is ensured by a vector control system implemented by an autonomous voltage inverter. The motor allows decreasing the pulsations of the electromagnetic torque so as to increase in efficiency of the motor. The motor allows the number of slots per pole and phase so as to reduce the pulsations of the electromagnetic torque of the motor without having to bevel the slots of the stator plates or bevel the magnets in the axial direction, thus simplifying the design of the motor, and hence increasing manufacturability and reducing the cost of manufacture.
