ADVANTAGE - The device allows for the creation of a simple design of a bird repeller, thus ensuring high efficiency of the device due to the fact that the elements of the device simultaneously provide rotational, oscillatory movements of the housing. The device creates a sufficient deterrent effect for birds, thus leading to a significant reduction in attempts to perch on the crossbars of high-voltage power transmission line supports and insulator garlands. The device ensures the creation of light glare in sunny weather conditions. The device is simple and easy to install. The device not require additional energy sources, since it uses only the power of the wind, which is constantly present at altitude. The device has a low manufacturing cost. The device works in any weather conditions, at any time of the day. The device not disrupt the functionality of power transmission lines.
