| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has standard solar panels mounted on a rotatable frame to capture sunlight during dry periods and generate electricity through a photovoltaic effect. Triboelectric nano-generators (TENGs) are attached to a backside part of the solar panels and designed to generate the electricity from mechanical energy of raindrops. A motorized or hydraulic system rotates the photovoltaic panel and a TENG assembly. A hybrid energy management system integrates an output from the photovoltaic panels and the TENGs, and manages an energy flow to either an energy storage unit or directly to a load, where the hybrid energy management system receives environmental input to control a rotation mechanism based on rain detection. Sensors detect precipitation and trigger the rotational mechanism. A battery or ultra-capacitor stores energy generated by the PV panels and TENGs for ensuring continuous power availability even when real-time energy generation is low. USE - Hybrid system for generating electricity using triboelectric nanogenerators and photovoltaic panels. ADVANTAGE - The system ensures that an energy source operates in an optimal condition and maximizes the TENGs exposure to raindrops so as to enhance energy generation during rainy weather. The system adapts to varying weather conditions by automatically rotating the panels based on real-time rain detection, provides a reliable and consistent energy output, addresses an intermittent process of the PV systems and maximizes energy harvesting opportunities in sunny and rainy conditions. The system optimizes a surface area without requiring an additional installation space by utilizing backside of the PV panels for the TENG and limits urban or residential settings for renewable energy installations. |
