成果简介NOVELTY - The wheeler has a motor controller unit (MCU) regulating power output of a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor based on manual pedaling input and terrain gradient. A lithium-ion battery pack is mounted on a frame, and provides necessary voltage and current to drive the motor and control modules. A proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller optimizes throttle response by continuously measuring the rider's input through a potentiometer, and converts the input into a speed signal. A regenerative braking unit recovers kinetic energy during downhill rides. USE - Adaptive electric two-wheeler e.g. electric bicycle. ADVANTAGE - The two-wheeler provides an unparalleled riding experience to the rider, and provides an efficient mode of transportation that reduces the reliance on fossil fuels, thus contributing to environmental conservation and offering a sustainable solution for urban commuting, and hence encouraging more individuals to embrace cycling as a viable and enjoyable mode of transport. The two-wheeler enables the rider to engage in exercise while enjoying the convenience of the bicycle. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a block diagram of an adaptive electric two-wheeler.
