成果简介NOVELTY - Composition comprises 100 g fruit peels waste with moisture content up to 40 vol.%, nitrogen source comprising 0.25 g urea and ammonium sulfate, and 0.25 ml alpha amylase enzyme. USE - Composition for enhancing biosurfactant under solid state fermentation. ADVANTAGE - The enzymatic-assisted process, specific enzymes (alpha amylase) are used to facilitate and optimize the biosurfactant production in solid-state fermentation, and these enzymes enhances the breakdown of complex substrates, improves nutrient availability, and stimulate the biosynthesis of biosurfactants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for enzymatic assisted enhancement of biosurfactant under solid state fermentation, which involves: (1) collecting fruit peels waste and removing traces of mud stones and other unwanted material from the collected fruit peels; (2) analyzing the fruit peels wastes for moisture content and maintaining the moisture content up to 40 vol.%; (3) transferring 100 g of fruit peels waste in 500 ml Erlenmeyer flask along nitrogen source; and (4) sterilizing the mixture of fruit peels waste in an autoclave for 1 hours at 121℃, to remove microbial spores, and cooling the mixture to 30℃, and adding the enzymes.
