| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer (I) is new, comprises 4, 4', 4'' [1,3,5-triazine- 2,4,6- triyltris(oxy)tris]3-methoxybenzaldehyde [TMB] and triaminoguanidinium hydrochloride[TGDM] in 1: 1 ratio characterized by Powder x-ray diffraction pattern with characteristic peaks at 10,13,23,28,31,39 ±2θ. USE - Guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer used as an adsorbent and as a heterogeneous catalyst for adsorbing the ions and other pollutants and for performing chemical reaction with high selectivity (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The guanidinium based ionic porous organic polymer is simple to prepare and requires less time as compared to the conventional solvothermal process, is versatile in its activity exhibiting as an adsorbent and as an effective catalyst in chemical reactions. The process makes extensive use of the solvents, requires high temperature and long hours of reaction time making the process economically and industrially not feasible. The mechanochemical process is relatively simple, efficient, fast and feasible method for the synthesis of porous organic polymers as it follows a green synthetic pathway which does not require any harsh experimental conditions, high energy consumption and the use of toxic organic solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer of formula (I) is new, comprises 4, 4', 4'' [1,3,5-triazine- 2,4,6- triyltris(oxy)tris]3-methoxybenzaldehyde [TMB] and triaminoguanidinium hydrochloride[TGDM] in 1: 1 ratio characterized by Powder x-ray diffraction pattern with characteristic peaks at 10,13,23,28,31,39 ±2θ. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a mechanochemical process for synthesis of guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer of formula (I), which involves: (a) mixing 4,4',4'' [1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-Triyltris(oxy)tris]3- methoxybenzaldehyde (TMB) and triaminoguanidinium hydrochloride (TGDM) in equimolar mixture and heating, (b) adding acetic acid as catalyst to the above heated mix and grinding uniformly until completion of polymerization, and (c) washing multiple times to ensure the removal of unreacted monomeric units and drying to obtain the desired product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: A guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer. A copper doped porous carbon material [Cu- PCM] prepared by carbonization of the copper doped polymer at a temperature ranging between 350-450°C at a heating rate of 5°C/minute under nitrogen atmosphere. Use of guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer as an adsorbent and as a heterogeneous catalyst. A method for adsorbing the ions and other pollutants, which involves: adding an effective amount of the guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer. A method for performing the chemical reaction with high selectivity involves: adding an effective amount of the guanidinium-based ionic porous organic polymer as a heterogeneous catalyst. A copper doped porous carbon material [Cu- PCM] characterized by PXRD with characteristic peaks at 36, 43, 50, 74±2 theta. |
