成果简介NOVELTY - The temperature sensor has a high-Q surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator that is set with two resonant peaks and two IDT resonators (2, 3) located on one piezoelectric substrate (1), with a common busbar. The free buses of both IDT resonators are the input or output of the resonator as a two-terminal network, while the periods of the IDT resonators differ so that the shift of the resonant frequency in the range of given temperatures is always less than the distance between the resonant peaks of the resonator and the periods of these IDT resonators are respectively equal to predetermined formula. The piezoelectric substrate is located on the base of the housing (5). The free buses of the IDT resonators are connected to terminals (6) using connecting wires and closed with a lid (7), for forming a sealed housing. USE - Temperature sensor intended for remote passive temperature control, based on surface acoustic wave resonators. ADVANTAGE - The increase in the accuracy of temperature measurement can be achieved.
