| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The battery module has cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells (1) arranged at regular intervals. A protective housing consists of six plates connected to each other to form two side walls, two end walls, a base and a top cover consisting of a section for attaching an electronic unit, connectors and a protective cover. An electronic unit consists of upper and lower level electronic boards for temperature control and leveling of voltage imbalance of battery cells, control of current and voltage values, and control of heating of the battery module. The graphite sheets (1) are located between identical battery cells connected in series in an electrical circuit. The air-cooling radiators are attached to the end walls. The contacts for passing current for heating at low temperatures are attached to the ends of the graphite sheets. The ends of the graphite sheets are attached to the end walls to dissipate heat to the cooling radiators. USE - Battery module for cylindrical lithium-ion batteries used in motor vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The internal voids of the battery module can be filled with a heat-conducting compound/phase transition material to improve heat dissipation efficiency. The cooling function and the heating function of the module can be simultaneously implemented using the same material. The configuration of the battery module device using graphite sheets for heat dissipation and preheating is simple, which can reduce the cost and weight of the resulting battery module. The heat dissipation and preheating of the module can be performed quickly and efficiently since heat is transferred directly to adjacent battery cells of the battery module through graphite sheets installed at the surface contact points between the battery cells, thus improving the temperature control efficiency of the battery module. The temperature of the module can be quickly increased by supplying heat by applying current to the electrodes located at both ends of the graphite sheet since heat is transferred directly to adjacent battery cells of the battery module through graphite sheets installed at the surface contact points between the battery cells, so that the battery module can be quickly heated. The deterioration of the module performance caused by a decrease in temperature is suppressed. The heat generated during the charging and discharging of the battery cells is transferred to the radiator through the graphite sheet located between the battery cells of the module and is effectively removed to the outside due to heat exchange with the air, thus increasing the cooling efficiency of the battery module. The thermal impact on adjacent battery cells of the module, separated by graphite sheets is significantly lower due to the strongly expressed anisotropy of thermal conductivity in the longitudinal and transverse directions in the event of an extremely high temperature rise, thermal runaway or fire, which increases the fire safety of the module.
