成果简介NOVELTY - The multi-core (1) has a core (2) that is twisted from strands (4) twisted from multiple wires (5) and multi-layer insulation (3). The insulation includes three insulating layers. The first layer (6) is made of polymer film and is applied in the direction of the core winding. The second layer (7) is made of cable paper and is applied in the direction of the core winding. The third layer (8) is made of polymer film and is applied in the direction opposite to the direction of the core. The multiplicity of the twisting pitch of the wires into a strand is in the range from 32 to 38 inclusive. The multiplicity of the twisting pitch of the strands into the core is in the range from 9 to 11 inclusive. The thickness of each insulating layer of polymer film is no more than 20 μ . The polymer film is a polyethylene terephthalate film. The wires are made of copper. USE - Multi-core winding wire for production of windings of electrical machines, device and various instruments. ADVANTAGE - The multi-core winding wire has high flexibility, elasticity and compliance during its winding and formation of the primary window while maintaining reliable insulation. The wire is easily and quickly laid, thus forming the primary window of the winding with the necessary bends. The wire is resistant to mechanical damage, thus detecting a violation of any insulation layer at the winding stage and promptly eliminating it, and ensuring reliable operation of the equipment in which it is planned to be used.
