| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be used for prediction of the course of affective disorder by bipolar and monopolar depressive type on the basis of blood serum protein determination. Content of S100B protein and neuron-specific enolase NSE in blood serum of the patients is determined before the beginning of therapy. If the S100B protein content is below 13.8 pg/ml and the NSE content is above 3.94 mcg/l, a bipolar course of affective disorder is predicted. USE - Medicine.
