成果简介NOVELTY - The shell (500) has an inner shell (100) provided with an integral unit of a hollow cylindrical body and an annular base. The cylindrical body protrudes upwardly from the annular base in axial direction. The cylindrical body is provided with multiple circular ribs and multiple helical ribs formed over a peripheral surface. An end cover (220) is provided with a gear mechanism of a power transmission system of a vehicle. The inner shell is joined with an outer housing (200) in a liquidtight manner by friction stir welding in a manner along vertical axis A-A of the inner shell. The inner shell is coincided with vertical axis B-B of the outer shell. USE - Split motor shell for a power transmission system of a vehicle i.e. electric vehicle. Can also be used for a hybrid vehicle and a fuel cell vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The shell is easy to automate, has cost-effective, and economically produces motor in large and large quantities. The shell provides uniquely profiled inner housing formed in a manner to have an optimum geometry of cooling jackets.
