| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a camera (10) arranged in a computer numerical control (CNC) machine for capturing real-time images of a product being manufactured during machining process. An image processing unit (20) processes the captured images from the camera to remove outliers, standardize ranges across different machining operations, and segment the images into specific machining phases, where the specific machining phases are straight cuts, corners, and transitions for performing fault detection. A user interface (40) displays an alert transmitted by a control unit (30), and notifies detected faults or required corrective actions to an operator. The user interface provides a real time feedback on the CNC machine operational status and parameters. USE - Visualizer system for detecting fault of a CNC machine across various industries e.g. aerospace industry, automotive industry, electronics industry, medical industry and prototyping industry. ADVANTAGE - The system provides real-time feedback and suggests corrective adjustments to prevent the production of defective products, thus improving overall efficiency of CNC machines. The system minimizes manual interference in the quality control processes of the CNC machine.
