An intelligent control mechanism continuously monitors power flow, voltage, current, and frequency parameters of a grid and a load. The control system performs real-time analysis of the photovoltaic (PV) system current-voltage (I-V) curve. The intelligent control mechanism maps different operating modes based on irradiance levels, load demands, and grid conditions. USE - Concurrent unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) system for use in a photovoltaic (PV) system in residential, commercial, and industrial settings ADVANTAGE - The system avoids voltage sags, voltage swells, non-linear load variations, and current harmonics and critical factors affecting efficient operation and reliability of solar PV systems integrated with electrical grids. The system focuses on the development of a UPQC scheme that operates in real-time to mitigate power quality disturbances. The system analyzes I-V curves of the PV system, maps operating modes that optimize performance under varying irradiance conditions, load profiles, and grid parameters, enhances the stability and efficiency of power distribution in renewable energy systems by reducing harmonic distortions and ensuring minimal phase voltage errors. The system improves reliability, stability, and efficiency of solar PV systems by integrating an advanced control mechanism that operates in real-time to ensure optimal power flow between the PV system, the grid, and the load. The system provides comprehensive solution for voltage disturbances sag and swell in PV systems, ensures consistent power delivery even under fluctuating grid conditions, reduces harmonic distortions to less than 0.05%-0.10% for enhancing power quality and reducing electrical losses. The system introduces operating modes for PV systems based on I-V curve analysis, optimizes performance under varying irradiance and load conditions, minimizes phase voltage error to between 3 V and 12 V, achieves higher accuracy in voltage regulation to improve overall system efficiency by synchronizing the real power and reactive power control of the PV system with the grid frequency and voltage requirements. The system develops practical and scalable solution that implemented in residential, commercial, and industrial PV systems, and ensures compliance with modern power grid standard.
