成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a motor housing (102) for enclosing a motor (104). A heat pipe assembly (106) is positioned adjacent to the motor housing and configured to transfer heat away from the motor. A thermal spreader (108) is operatively coupled to the heat pipe assembly. The thermal spreader is arranged to distribute heat across the motor housing. The heat pipe assembly and the thermal spreader function together to reduce localized heat accumulation. The heat pipe assembly comprises a set of heat pipes arranged radially around the motor housing to maximize heat transfer efficiency. The motor housing comprises a set of cooling fins that are integrally formed on an outer surface. USE - Heat redistribution system for a robotic motor i.e. electric motor, for correcting and managing excessive heat generation in motor components. ADVANTAGE - The system realizes heat transfer and dissipation from a motor to prevent localized heat accumulation and enhances heat transfer efficiency and optimizes motor performance by reducing thermal build-up.
