成果简介NOVELTY - Obtaining polyacrylamide-piperazine-copper oxide nanocomposite hydrogel for biogas purification, involves preparing an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide by adding 1-5 g partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA), 1-5 g sodium chloride, 1-5 g piperazine in distilled water and mixing uniformly in a mechanical stirrer at 600 revolutions per minute (rpm), 200-600 parts per million (ppm) chromium (III) acetate are added to the resultant solution as a crosslinker and mixed for 10-30 minutes, where the gel time is 5-12 hours for obtaining polyacrylamide-piperazine-copper oxide nanocomposite hydrogel for biogas purification. The formulation of polyacrylamide piperazine-copper oxide nanocomposite hydrogel is used for simultaneous adsorption of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from raw biogas. USE - Method for obtaining polyacrylamide-piperazine-copper oxide nanocomposite hydrogel for biogas purification. ADVANTAGE - The low-cost polyacrylamide-piperazine-copper oxide nanocomposite hydrogel is essential as an adsorbent capable of simultaneously capturing both carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide simply.
