| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The feed chopper-mixer has a working chamber (1) with a receiving hopper (2), guides (5), chopping knives (3) on a shaft (4) and a discharge chamber (8) in which a blade thrower (9) is installed in a form of a plate concave in a direction of rotation. Counter-cutting knives are installed on inner surface of the working chamber and made in form of main horizontal blades (6) and additional vertical blades (7). An electric motor of the chopper-mixer is started to set a rotor to a required rotation speed before loading feed. The feed including root crops, forage and compound feed is loaded into the receiving hopper for chopping and mixing, and product being chopped is directed to an operating area of the chopping knives and counter-cutting knives with the main horizontal and additional vertical blades. USE - Feed chopper-mixer for animal husbandry and feed production. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of the feed chopping process is increased to achieve an increase in the quality of the chopped product corresponding to zootechnical requirements. Counter-cutting knives with main horizontal and additional vertical blades are fixed on the inner wall of the working chamber in such a way that the chopping knife passes between them, facilitating more complete and rapid chopping of the product. The use of counter-cutting knives with main horizontal and additional vertical blades in the chopper-mixer allows to increase the percentage of feed slice sizes that meet zootechnical requirements.
