| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The converter has an adaptive pulse width modulation (PWM) part for performing real-time optimization of switching frequency and reduction of power losses. An intelligent control system provides feedback for performing enhanced battery management and protection. A thermal management system is integrated with temperature sensors and cooling elements. The power converter is designed for electric vehicles to improve energy efficiency and power management. The power converter is connected to a power supply and a battery. The battery and the power converter are electrically connected to each other through a power line. The power line is electrically coupled to the battery and the converter. USE - Multi-phase power converter designed for balancing energy distribution of electric vehicles by using multi-phase architecture with an intelligent control system. ADVANTAGE - The converter utilizes multiple interleaved phases to reduce ripple and heat, thus allowing smoother energy flow and reduced component stress. The converter allows a feedback mechanism to provide real-time feedback to control voltage and current levels, thus optimizing performance based on load requirements, and monitoring battery health metrics, and hence avoiding overcharge and deep discharge cycles. The controller provides integrated cooling fins and temperature sensors to maintain converter temperature within safe operating limits.
